Instructions

Getting the theme running, pointing it at your own content, and customizing components.

1. Local Development

npm install       # Install dependencies
npm run dev       # Start local Next.js dev server on http://localhost:3000
npm run build     # Compile optimized production bundle
npm run start     # Run production server

2. Content Architecture

All services, projects, blog posts, team members, testimonials, and FAQs are located in src/data/*. You can edit these TypeScript datasets directly for zero-latency static site generation, or wire them up to an external headless CMS like Strapi or Sanity.

3. Design Tokens & Styling

Global styles and theme extensions live in src/app/globals.css and tailwind.config.ts. Typography is automatically loaded via next/font/google with Inter Tight (headings) and Geist (body).

4. Animations

Lenis handles inertia smooth scrolling (src/components/common/SmoothScroll.tsx). Pinned stacking cards, marquee ribbons, and counters run via GSAP ScrollTrigger and Framer Motion.
